Emotional Discipleship Tools
What are they
Emotional Discipleship Tools are structured spiritual or emotional practices that help people integrate emotional awareness with their relationship with God and others. Helping them grow in both emotional maturity and spiritual intimacy.
Examples…
Immanuel Journaling – guiding people to encounter Jesus in their emotions and memories.
Lectio Divina – slow meditative reading and reflecting on the Word of God.
Group Centering Prayer – cultivating emotional presence and attunement with God and others.
Breathing Techniques – helping people activate their nervous system to regulate intense emotions.

We aim to stay rooted in orthodox Christianity while drawing on psychology and neuroscience to help believers bring their mental health struggles and emotional lives under the rule and reign of Christ.
We are looking for pastors who will give us feedback on our platform and tools so that we may give our users the best Storyed experience.
